Welcome to Glanna Beauty Training Academy. We are based in North Cornwall in a little village called St Merryn (only 25 miles away from Truro, Bodmin and St Austell). We specialie in offering a selection of beauty and advanced training courses. We pride ourselves in offering these courses that give our students all the skills they need to enter the beauty industry.
We offer a range of high-quality courses on numerous treatments and procedures in the beauty industry. One to one, group or in-salon visit for salon owners who wish to train multiple students at the same time. Beginner, advanced and refresher classes available. Our training days are usually held on Sunday's and Monday’s throughout the year but we also are happy for arrangements that would fit your schedule. Course cost can be spread out to a monthly payment plan.
Our Academy is dedicated to providing students with top-quality training on intensive fast-track courses. The courses are learner-centred ensuring that candidates get the individual attention they need and deserve within a relaxed professional surroundings to study their course.

POLYGEL/ACRYGEL
COURSE
This course is fantastic for any enhancement trained nail tech to move skills forward and offer the newest products to the market.
Poly gel was inspired by a desire to create a product that keeps everything a nail tech likes about acrylic and hard gel systems while removing the aspects they don’t like.
Poly Gel is more flexible than acrylic, stronger than hard gel but the lightest feeling enhancement on the natural nail.
SCULPTING
COURSE
In our sculpting class you will learn how to fit a form correctly under the natural nail & to tailor the forms to be able to correctly sit under the natural free edge for that perfect fit.
You will learn how to apply the hard gel over the form for it to adhere to the natural nail creating your tip and strength.
We will go over the upper and lower arch to get that gorgeous c curve
We will also go through the correct structure and apex placement to ensure that the nail extensions are correctly placed for long lasting strong beautiful enchantments.
SNAIL SHAPING COURSE
You will learn how to create beautiful nail shapes on any type of nail.

The brow lamination, waxing and tinting treatment can transform eyebrows into a perfect shape.

LASH LIFT COURSE
Lash Lift is an innovative method of giving the illusion the natural lashes are longer , thicker and darker whilst making the eyes appear more open.
This treatment is a quicker and impressive alternative to semi-permanent eyelashes and will enhance the client's own natural lashes, with little or no maintenance for weeks.
